Deposits and Withdrawals

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7y77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, user interface elements, game presentations and promotional materials — is the property of 7y77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 7y77.

The names, logos and trademarks of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi) displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on the Platform does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of 7y77 beyond the commercial relationship under which their games are licensed for use on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7y77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or failure of the Platform to operate as expected. 7y77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their account or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, server failures and force majeure events) may temporarily affect Platform availability. 7y77 is not liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

Account Suspension and Termination

7y77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Where a suspension or closure is initiated by 7y77 rather than by the player, 7y77 will provide a reason to the affected player where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so. The following are circumstances under which account action may be taken without prior notice:

• 2Confirmed breach of the prohibited conduct provisions in these Terms, including use of automated software or collusion.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
